At the beginning of your upkeep, put a +1/+1 counter on Necroplasm.
At the beginning of your end step, destroy each creature with mana value equal to the number of +1/+1 counters on Necroplasm. Dredge 2 (If you would draw a card, you may mill two cards instead. If you do, return this card from your graveyard to your hand.)
Dredge lets you replace any card draw, not just the one during your draw step.
