does the Populated token have the exile at end of turn? or do i get to keep the token?

only refers to the token the enchantment itself is creating. Essentially, is the one that exiles the token it creates, and that is why copies of the token won't get exiled since the enchantment only targets the "original" copy. If that makes sense.
