Danish Legacy Masters 2017 23:02:46, 21/10 -17  
Eternal Magic Kbh will be hosting the Danish Legacy Masters event on November 5th, 2017.

Some of Europe's finest cardboard connoissseurs will be battling for a total prize purse of minimum 12.000 DKK, which may be increased to 15.000 DKK depending on the number of players. The event will also function as a trial for both the Eternal Winter event in Oslo on November 10-12, 2017, as well as for the next Eternal Clash event, the date of which is yet to be announced.

Venue: Faraos Cigarer, Skindergade 27, 1159 København K
Doors open: 10:00 AM
Registration closes: 10:45 AM

Format: Legacy
Tournament Structure: X rounds of Swiss + cut to the Top 8
Rules Enforcement Level: Competitive
Decklists will be required – you can use https://decklist.org/ or you can fill it out by hand on site

Total Prize Purse:

80 players or less: 12.000 DKK
90 players: 13.500 DKK
100 players or more: 15.000 DKK

Prize Structure: Will be announced soon

Entry Fee for Members of Eternal Magic Kbh: 150 DKK
Entry Fee for Non-Members: 200 DKK

It's very unfortunate that you place the tournament the day after one of the biggest Legacyevents in Sweden. Hopefully both events will have participants but I'm quite convinced that Scandinavia isn't big enough for two large tournaments the same weekend. I know at least 10 swedish players who regularly attends both, that won't happen now.

Kan ju vara så att det är den svenska turneringen som är lagd dagen innan den danska också.

Ja, det är ju synd med krocken hur som helst. Tror att den danska turneringen är traditionell den helgen också (den svenska, BSK, är det definitivt). Så det är kanske inte så mycket att göra.

BSK har alltid varit på Allhelgonahelgen och eftersom vi inte har resurser (frivilliga arbetare) att hålla i ett eget event, så kommer vi fortsätta att ha det den helgen. Så rent praktiskt innebär det att BSK 2018 blir 2-4 november 2018. BSK 2019 blir 1-3 november 2019 osv.

Ja, BSK är ju alltid allhelgonahelgen (och har varit så de sista 20+ åren) och eftersom jag var på bägge eventen i fjol så gissar jag att det i så fall är en ganska ny dansk tradition som jag hoppas blir kortlivad. Hur som helst tråkigt

We were not aware of that when we planned the event, and we sincerely apologize for the awkward planning.

Danish Legacy Masters does not have a set date, other than the fact that we strive to hold two tournaments within a year, one in the spring and one in the fall. We chose this date because it made sense to place it the week before Eternal Winter in Oslo, which DLM is a trial for.

We will be sure to choose another date for next year's fall edition of our event, since we do not wish to compete with your spelkonvent. We hope that you have an awesome weekend regardless, and that we see you at the spring edition of DLM.

Please be advised that the online pre-registration for the Danish Legacy Masters 2017 closes Friday at 8 PM.

By pre-registering you will be able to skip the morning queue - we will take care of everything and make sure that your are enrolled in the tournament. You will not have to pay anything extra for this service, it will cost you the exact same amount as if you registered at the site.
